I’m not sure why people think the delivery window is some sort of guarantee. Maybe you could disclose that on the order screen to better manage your customers’ expectations. Regardless, I appreciate the FREE delivery service because I can spend time on other things at home instead of driving to the dispensary. The delivery people have always been friendly. One time when an employee called to confirm my order, he said they were throwing in a ‘free surprise’. I figured it would be a pack of rolling papers or something, but they gave me a 1 gram cart. 😅

Today I was helped by Emilie and she was amazing very helpful and knowledgeable. One of my best experiences at the dispensary.
