It was my first time at this smoke shop and I say great customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and respectful. At other smoke shops they what you to hurry up and buy and try to rush you out the door. Not at this one, very patient with me respectful.

Visiting from Hawaii on business. 1st time to Columbus & After having trouble with the bus system getting there I was greeted by a woman (wish I remembered her name) with piercings. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
