This is my favorite tabacco store in all of Jacksonville. Nick the owner goes above and beyond to make you happy. His price are excellent. Quality products. Thank You Nick for always taking care of Ben and I.

First time in this smoke shop tonight and It was a good experience until I got home. The pack of cigars we purchased were molded ( picture provided) and when I called to let the young guy working there know (white male) he hung up in my face and didn't answer the second time I called , which I call POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wasn't mad at the mold I just wanted to inform he before him sold them to others. I do not recommend going to this one, the one inside the plaza that's located next to Publix is where it's at

It smelled really good in there I must but what he used . Very clean,organized and convenient for me. Nice guy ! Always going back for the great service !
