been here twice, first time was good. young guy great customer service happy to chat and help with anything. if i had rated then it would’ve been a 5 star. second time my girlfriend went in and she said the woman inside was “not having it” (annoyed and upset). The strangest part is 2 prerolls with the same label had 2 different joints in it. different smell, different cone, and the website listed (and qr code) did not show this product. in fact the whole website was delta 8/10. possibly putting a sticker on a doob tube and hoping no one notices. possibly buying cheap grass, selling as nice product for 15/joint. but hey just a possibility lemon cherry gelato and the website is hempmasters.us.

Purchased a proxy chamber from here and it burnt up after 1 use, it was priced well over what normal retail is. Normally $50 it was $69.99. This vape store is overpriced, the customer service is seriously lacking. Tried to purchase a coil for my vape today. The lady wouldn't open the box to check if it was the right coil, and wouldnt sell me a single. This vape store sold a THC A vape to my underage son (17), they dont check ID's apparently. We won't be shopping here in the future.

Great selection. Staff is friendly and has great recs. I’m indecisive so I appreciate their patience and help! They have 5 star here so you can earn points. The shop is always clean and well organized. The bad reviews are puzzling I think someone had a personal issue with a staff member here because this has not been my experience at all.

Royalty Smoke Shop: Jacksonville's Hidden Gem Royalty Smoke Shop is a fantastic place! They have a huge selection of everything you could want – glass, vapes, papers, you name it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help you find the perfect product. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. I love this place, and I definitely recommend checking it out!

I WALKED here from my job on my lunch break. Mind you it’s 12:30 in the afternoon. To find a sign that says this. Most businesses get someone to cover for them. I think it’s unprofessional that management or another employee couldn’t come take over until this person could return. It wasted my time and I’m pretty frustrated by the unprofessional behavior. They also left the door unlocked, so I hope the business owner is aware they could have been robbed blind had the wrong person came up.
