Prices are fair and customer service is exceptional!!!! I go there just for the friendly faces and service! The red head girl that works there is awesome!!!! Always greets the customers with a warm smile and sunny disposition!

I was sold an expired vape and was treated very rudely by an employee who had BO and was put at the back of the line where they took another customer while I was asking for help even though I was there first. I do not like to be treated that way, nor do I expect it, a service and retail industry where there are always questions like this. I am never treated poorly at another vape shop. I spent too much money and feel like I can definitely spend my money elsewhere, including online and not have to suffer this type of complete dissatisfaction.

Prices are through the frickin roof, you can go to Havana on Normandy a get the same stuff for $10 cheaper. The guys that work there are creepy and rude too, just bad vibes in general.

Just recently found this place. Very nice smoke and vape shop. I had an issue with 2 vapes I bought and the lady behind the counter had no issue exchanging them even after i had walked outside.

Worst customer service ever white guy with glasses bald rudest prick I’ve ever seen encountered came in to buy a off stamp vape and asked where they was and he was so disrespectful to me because I didn’t see them in front of me with the other 1000 vapes. Told him to come outside
