The Oil Bar- Eastland Mall

I place my orders on line, unfortunately there is no Oil bar location close to me. After experiencing some difficulty with the website, I was assisted today by Kiara Easton Mall. She was super pleasant and knowledgeable, both of which were very much appreciated. VERY disappointed! Placed my order on Feb 23. Still have not received. I've called numerous times and can't leave a voicemail when directed. I spoke with two different employees who listened to my concerns and assured me management would me call me March1. It's March 3 and I've heard nothing. All I know is label was created Feb 28 for shipping but has not left facility yet. Needed it for a gift March 2nd. I should have listened to my gut and drove an hour to OIL PALACE in Indianapolis. Would have been nice to at least heard from management. Would give zero stars if I could due to poor customer service.

Love it!!! Visited first time on Thursday and I've been going there ever since! Natalie and Kierra, helped with my mixes, they were very helpful!!! Brought my sister and her best friend along as well, they are already obsessed! Oils spell good and the staff take their time to help you with your scents! They have a loyal customer now!

Came here with my sister and their employee Natalie made it so much fun for us! I can tell she knows what she’s doing and loves what she’s doing which helped a lot. She helped us find which scents to combine & they turned out smelling so beautiful! We even started giving her scents to smell and guess what they were and she got every single one right 🤣 she really knows her stuff and made our time amazing. The first time we came though no one helped us and it was so overwhelming with all the different oils we didn’t know what to do so having someone who knows what they are doing makes a huge difference. Fun and great place !

Great product The service is slow. If you come in to get your product they usually never have the spray bottles and if you get the roll on bottle it usually falls apart so then all your fragrance will be on your clothes or on the ground they never have lotion they usually only have the shea butter I would recommend ordering
