Absolutely love this place. What a find in the Bethesda/Westbard area. Joe and his colleague are supremely knowledgeable and super nice to boot. This place has a great selection of wares and good prices. I'll be back--and I'll be telling my friends.

They don’t respond to criticism or feedback very well. Instead of addressing my complaints in a previous comment, the shop owner accused me of lying and asserted that I have never even shopped at the store (I’m confused how he can make that claim, as though he knows the first and last names of every customer). Instead of aspiring to provide the best products possible and maintaining business integrity, the shop owner seems much more concerned with discrediting negative feedback rather than learning from it.

I come here every day, and the staff is always in a good mood and ready to welcome any and all customers. Last time, they generously provided a preroll at an afforable price, with phenomenal quality! Much thanks to Kay who assisted me that day. You guys give Bethesda smoke shops a great name.

mr . joe was verry nice and welcoming , they have mostly everything you need if you smoke , the prices are great as well . If you go past here don’t hesitate to stop ,you will receive excellent customer service thanks again .
