I’ve been going here for months, sometimes twice a week. I never had a single issue up until today. So every time I shop here coming out of the store I throw away the bag and the receipt. Every time!! If you look in the can beside the spot it’s plum full! Anyways I bought a vape and some eddys, I got to the crib a few hours ago later opened the vape up and didn’t work. 2g cheetah. $105! And I used one of my 50% coupons on top of that so double waste. Long story short I had the vape, digital copy, and came back within 6 hours and they denied a refund/exchange. I live 2 hours away in Virginia. I tried to keep my cool and managed too, just felt very wronged especially after traveling so far so often because I love the people and products. Waste of money and my well earned points. Not sure if I’ll return sadly

The product they sell is very good. The gentleman at the front desk is very rude and condescending. A bud-tender did not give me my change last time I purchased from here. Some of the staff is great, others are questionable. The product is great. Edit: Problem was resolved by management. found out i was owed change and let me know how to create an account to collect points. Just be mindful you have to explicitly request for/consent to an account.

Health for Life consistently provides a delightful experience for me. The staff is courteous, helpful, friendly, and graceful. I always am met with great customer service. Typically in and out within 15mins. Then I leave with great products. Not a complaint from me at all.

Worst experience. This place needs a better system for serving customers. Maybe a separate line for online orders. I placed an online order & received a notification that it was ready & when I arrived the waiting room was full of people waiting to get inside to buy. I asked if I still have to wait in the general line to wait for my order that was already ready & the man at the front counter rudely told me that I have to wait just like everybody else & when I asked how long the wait was he said quite a while & depends on how long people take to pick out their products….he couldn’t give me an estimate on the wait time. Very very poor customer service.

Where do I begin. The employees are the utmost helpful and friendly group of people in any establishment I've ever met. having been to many dispensaries up and down the east coast I can confidently say H4L is the best hands down no exceptions. Great prices, employees, deals, everything!!!

i have been coming here for years & for good reason. they have always taken great care of medical patients & i appreciate the priority if recreational lines are excessive. they have some of the most competitive concentrate prices in state & that keeps me coming back.

Jay is a wonderful employee. I am here for vacation and he made the experience so easy and quick. He gave me recommendations and was super friendly I came back just for his custom service! Wonderful customer service!!

Stopped in for the first time today. I will always love my DC spot but not having to drive into the city AND incredible value?? Top that off with next level customer service and I am sold. Special shoutout to Jay for making the process super smooth. Definitely earned a new customer today!

I love this location. Everyone is always so helpful and patient. I love having them in the neighborhood. I can’t recommend them enough, they always have great deals and have a solid happy hour from 3-5 during the week.
