Wished I could tip her but she wouldn’t let me, I travel back out in the rain again on foot just to make sure this review gets notice & great recognition to Elaine please. I appreciate you, Elaine. Thank you so much.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a staff member with a noticeable attitude. Despite my attempt to make a purchase, he refused to assist me. I understand that working on Sundays may not be ideal, but as a customer, I expect a certain level of service. Unfortunately, the staff member prioritized a personal phone call over attending to my needs, leading me to take my business elsewhere. As a frequent customer, I was disappointed to be treated with disrespect and will consider alternative options in the future.

The staff here is much better than the Ponce store. Helpful and nice. Little five points has a great staff too!. Best selection of disposables around.

There are lots of smoke shops around. I suggest you choose another one. I came in tonight for vape juice and a few other things and the service was awful. The guy that got our stuff was not helpful at all and was literally scrolling on his phone during the entire interaction… like seriously? We asked to see a glass piece and he just walked off with it after getting it out of the case. We had to stop him and ask him again to look at it. We decided to buy and when we left we realized that the dude didn’t wrap our glass at all. What is going on here?? Super weird, incompetent, and unwelcoming vibe with the staff here. It’s a shame because when we lived in this area in the past we came to this shop all the time and the service was awesome. That’s clearly not the same anymore and we will never go back to this location. We love Xhale City but this location has problems.

This has been my local store for years. I’ve always loved coming here but don’t know that I ever will again. Recently they put a sign up stating “No Tips are allowed to be accepted”. It is so rare to receive a tip at a register job. But when you do, it’s a really nice boost that says hey! I think you did a great job and I enjoyed talking to you. To force your employees not to take tips is a really rude/selfish business model and really reflects what kind of store this is. As Kamala Harris once said, “Do not come.”
