0 Stars. After 20 emails back and forth about how their latest silver surfer model with upgraded ruby balls stem doesn't work I had to finally just let Amex handle these guys. I've sent Theresa videos and tried to make this aweful unit work. The "handsfree" attachment is a thin piece of plyable aluminum and it's a joke, it doesn't hold the tube straight, therefore air seepage...therefore all you get is lots of air in the unit or herbs. Doesn't heatup even after 10 minutes on full blast. Customer service said I wasn't willing to help them help me troubleshoot but they must have forgot all the video support I sent to them. They in turn told me to watch a video that would solve my problems...never attached video...so had to contact again. Video says to mess with the "handsfree attachement" which I did and refuse to fight with this handsfree piece of metal or with Elev8 or Theresa. They said they would refund only $200 of my $300, not acceptable. I had Amex return my money and fight these guys because they have taken up too much of my time already. If I get a reply saying this review is not for their wholesale division like I see in other Owner responses then know that the "wholesale division" is impossible to find online in google. Of course they said that in 20 years they haven't had a problem...right...Bottom line...Stay away

This place is amazing! I can’t tell you how many times I walked by here. But I’m glad I needed a vape and decided to give them a call. Mark was very helpful. Definitely a place worth visiting. They have a very large selection of pipes and “water pipes”. As well as all kinds of bags.

We stopped into this shop after buying two glass bowls for our bong from other shops. Each one of the bowls purchased from other glass shops in the area cracked within days. Harland was knowledgeable, super thorough, and gave us great customer service. We spent a little more at this shop, but the quality is a night and day difference! Each piece within Elev8 is its own work of art and durability. I'm looking forward to a date night with my wife at Elev8 for their Glassblowing Experience. This has become our go-to glass shop in the Springs.

I recently purchased a SideKick vaporizer here from Harlin (apologies if I got the name wrong). What a great vaporizer and what a great sales associate! He was friendly, knowledgeable about the device and answered all our questions completely. I've shopped here before always forget to provide a review. This experience made it happen. If your shopping for a vaporizer, water pipe or anything else related, do yourself a favor, stop here first.

Harland was awesome! He showed us all around the shop. Great place for local and American blown glass. Can’t wait for their new, huge location off of Platte and Boulder to open. Gonna definitely take some glass blowing classes! Exciting.
