Employees are helpful and kind. I have had a great experience every time I visit. I appreciate being able to return my purchase within 24 hours if something goes wrong. This was not the case with many stores where we used to live. If you need to make a return, just make sure you go to the same location you purchased it. The store on Timberline has a different system so they can't do returns from the College Ave. location and vice versa.

Walked in on a whim after needing to find something to replace my current accoutrement. Not only did I find two of what I needed but I also found something else and some great conversation. 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming back again whenever I need any glassware.

I go here for my disposable vapes and the customer service is always incredible. I picked up a new piece of glass and Jenny gave me a ton of great information on the piece and everything I needed with it. Will always recommend this shop.
