Very good customer service until she enforced the, "I need your I D to match up with the debit card IN SPITE OF HAVING THE PIN" policy. I have never ever heard of suck a thing in my life. I'm 35 and as far as I know, having the pin is a validation. I'm not sure if the owner thinks this is protecting him but to not be able to use my partners card and need to use a card that specifically matches the ID is just weird, inconvenient, and I'll probably skip it next time. I asked what a stay at home spouse does when they use their working partners card and she said they can't shop here, borderline discriminatory and very frankly, only place I've had this happen

Stopped in from MA today and this might be the best vape shop I’ve been to! They were all super helpful and knowledgeable-absolutely no “stuck-up” attitude if you will that you can sometimes get at these places. Great vape and THC products! Reasonable prices as well! Highly recommend! Update: After reading other reviews-it looks like Franky helped me. Give that young lady a hefty raise; her customer service is VERY few & far between in 2024! 5-star.

This place is delightful. I got my first bong, a beautiful blue multi-tiered contraption here, as well as several other interesting and useful pieces (a bong that looks like a coffee cup, an elephant pipe, and a weiner dog pipe). These last two were due to their awesome BOGO $4.20 deal on glass! Also, the staff is always kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. All around great place to shop.

When I purchased something the other day was verbally told the wrong return policy. Yeah the correct policy is on the receipt but didn’t think to check since I was verbally told it at check out but that it was incorrect. Total misunderstanding but was not my fault and no effort to make things right from management. Have never had issues in all past years purchasing here but unfortunately won’t be coming back

Frankie is super helpful and very friendly! Everytime I go she always there to help and always has great recommendations. This is my favorite shop to stop at for good deals and Frankie always makes it a great experience. 🤙🏻
