Overall great and knowledgeable staff, who always try to look out for the customer's best interest. They enjoy what they do, and they're good at it. But most of all, they don't jerk around the customer. When you go in looking for something, they don't try to upsell you. They always do their best to shoot for your personal needs and wants, which can be difficult in a market totally governed by personal preference. Every time I go in, I genuinely feel that - when a staff member asks, "What can I do for you?" or "How can I help you, today?" - I am going to be looked out for.

Ashlyn has organic and beautiful positive energy and welcoming energy she is very knowledgeable very attentive and makes you want to come back to the store even if it means going out of your way it's hard to come across customer service and genuinely beautiful spirited people like her she's awesome I would recommend anyone who is unsure about vapes and even if you are sure about vapes to come to this location and she will definitely take care of you and you will feel the same way I feel

Great place for vape products. They have a new employee, I saw last time I was in there. I think her name was Tammy, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Because of her I will be going back to the Roselle store. Keep doing great things wise guys!!!!
