Great experience at Apotheca Waxhaw! The store is always clean, welcoming, and well-organized, but what really stood out was the customer service. Luke was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice — he took the time to answer my questions, explain different options, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

I had just visited the store recently for the first time, and I will say I was quite impressed! When I first walked in, the store was clean and inviting, and they had a large selection of products to choose from! I will say, if you plan on visiting any time soon, I was a little concerned at first with the front windows and doors being boarded up…but after talking with Tara, I realized the situation was not what it seemed…and the interior of the store reflected that. Speaking of Tara (I’m pretty sure that was her name) her customer service was excellent and she was very informed on the business and their products. The overall experience in the store was very positive. I will say, the specific product I picked out did not work for me, but I will not deduct stars for this because this was only the first thing I have tried, and I don’t feel it best to make a negative judgement yet. I also wanted to mention the fact that I appreciate how late they close. I’m often busy until fairly late in the evening so finding a store with such late hours is hard to come by it seems…so I do appreciate that aspect. If you ever consider stopping by, I highly recommend :)

This store location was very nice and clean. Awesome customer service by Tara. She was a big help with finding me what I was looking for and up sold me on some other recommended products. I would definitely recommend this store and I will personally be back. Have a blessed day!

The people in the store are always super generous and seem like they actually want to be there. Even when it seems the day is slow or the store is empty.

Rick was super helpful I came back the next day to purchase more because I was told discounts would apply Friday and Saturday, only to be met with a different associate who said Rick must have misspoke, and wouldn’t honor the discount. I wasn’t expecting a discount on a day it wasn’t active, but to be told it would be effective the next day and to make a trip out there and be told that an associate misspoke and do nothing about it really just rubbed me the wrong way. Really want to support local shop trying to get their footing but they aren’t making it easy.

We highly recommend Apotheca Cannabis Dispensary! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to their products and various devices. Jacob in particular was a great help to us while deciding what to purchase. Please make this your go-to spot as we have! Looking forward to returning soon.
