I had an amazing experience at Apotheca on Third Street, and a huge part of that was thanks to Myangel. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Myangel’s customer service was top-tier—professional, kind, and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. Because of her, my visit was smooth, enjoyable, and informative. Apotheca is lucky to have her. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to be helped by Myangel again. The east 3rd st location was very convenient, the store staff greeted me as soon as I walked in even though she was with another customer. Joshua and the staff at the third Street Charlotte location are very knowledgable/helpful. Been using their products, from multiple locations, for several years and handsdown the best I've come across by a landslide. There is a good reason for their expansion and continued success 👍👍

I’ve seen him at more than one location and his energy is really awesome, makes the whole experience so much more fun and he actually educates me on the products.
