I've personally been a repeat and exclusive customer of Christopher's Organics for well over 5 years, and they have been a model of how a successful online business can and should be run!
I order on a monthly basis and can count on three fingers how many times I've run into problems. I should point out that every problem I've had was totally due to the USPS shipping and handling of my order. I'll also be pleased to tell you that Christopher's made good on my lost product by immediately replacing the order with zero questions or excuses...NONE
In sum, I really can't imagine that there exists a more loyal customer than I, every single time it was necessary to use an email, or even having Chris' daughter Emily calling me directly, I've come away from the communication with a real feeling like they are family, not a profit driven behemoth like an Amazon other mega-biz.
There can be no doubt that Christopher's will remain my sole supplier for the best quality,

I tried his company out because I just had to give it a shot considering I usually got from stores around where I live. It is, by far, the best Kratom vendor online. You will not get this quality with just any vender online or at home. He is beyond fair with pricing, has great customer service and is very quick to respond when I have asked a question. Stop using Golden Monk and other brands that seems to be the generic version or the "go to" for everyone and give this man's company a shot because I truly think you will switch to Christopher's Organic Botanicals after trying his products.
