Cloud 9 Smoke Shop, Vape, & Hookah Co. – Roswell - Roswell, GA | Cannabis Shop

I have had it with Cloud 9. I specifically go to these stores with the expectation that I can get the same thing from one place to the next. For a year that wasn't the case, but has recently gotten better with all stores finally stocking Modern Herb cartridges. I went into this store today and the guy talked me into a different brand than I normally get. I specifically asked if it was the same size cartridge to which he said "Yes." I didn't realize until after I left and opened it that the cartridge is in fact twice the diameter as what he said. But because I left the store and opened it, he refused to exchange it. Instead, trying to get me to buy a new battery (which I don't need or want) or buying ANOTHER cartridge at 50% off. Apparently it's the policy of Cloud 9 to force people to spend more money when it is their employees that screw up.

I want to take a moment to applaud HANAH at cloud 9 Alpharetta for her amazing customer service and down to earth vibes. She is the best employee I’ve actually ever encountered at this location.
