I purchased this Shisha from this smoke shop today, March 22, 2020. When I opened the Shisha, it was dated 2014 and had an advertisement on the back of the tin for a cruise getaway that took place in 2015. Expiration date on the lid was 2018. This is not my first time purchasing Shisha here, but it's my first time noticing a date of manufacture.

I sent my girlfriend back on separate business (we bought a hookah and the clerk mistakenly left a key component out of the packaging, honest mistake). I told her to let the same clerk know what had happened with the shisha. I provided her with these pictures to show him, and he quickly gave my girlfriend another tin of Shisha. When my girlfriend got to her car, she opened it to check the date stamp... Same story, from 2014, expired in 2018. She decided to swap it for a different flavor that had a 2021 expiration date.

I'm certain the young man that sold this product to us is unaware that his boss is stocking the shelves with expired product, and perhaps his boss is even unaware that he is stocking his shelves with expired product -- both instances of the product in question were the same flavor, so chances are they were just sent a bad batch from their supplier.

In any case, the staff here is super friendly -- although we had to make two trips in one day for multiple issues, they sorted us out without question and didn't require us to return the original tobacco, which would have constituted a third trip. I would recommend shopping here, but be mindful of expiration dates on perishable items that you may be purchasing. Hopefully having pointed this out to the staff will help them catch issues like this before shelving their product in the future!

The guys that work here are plenty helpful. I needed to get my vape device replaced because I lost it, and went to the other location 5 minutes before closing time. The other store did not have it in stock and called this store to check if they had it, which they did. They kept the store open 5 minutes after closing time so I can make it there to purchase it. I appreciated that very very much.
