Great layout, helpful staff, clean showroom.

Now the rest: There is absolutely no reason for you to ask for my phone number for a simple purchase. Additionally, there is no reason for you to start inputting information from my license without my consent into your computer. In many states it is illegal to store personal data without gaining a person's consent to do so.

Since I'm visiting CLT and don't know the state laws I didn't say anything. However, I will be reviewing them and if you're in breach I'll be filling a complaint with the state and BBB.

Way to make a simple purchase complicated and create a terrible customer experience.

While this is a nice place, I am not able to shop here anymore because I am now in a wheelchair & there's no ramp to get into the store.
