Lucky One Tobacco

So today whoever was on at 4:55 pm on sunday February 4th. I have never been so unnacommodated in my life, i do pest control. Have worked in grocery, pizza place, I've been in direct customer service jobs for 16 years, and i would never consider even for a second being so close ended and allowing a customer to walk out who was about to spend over 100 dollars. Heres story. I inquired about a nectar collector. One of the smaller gauged glass ones that has a easy clean space in the middle. It wasnt one of the kits because it only came with the unit, a clip and a titanium tip. I say to her. "Ok ill take it but only if u switch this metal tip out for a ceramic one, i do not like these titanium ones in the smaller gauge at all" sge replies "no"
I look at her sort of shocked, and back story i have bought 3 of these same size units over the last 2 months. Both of the other times i was immediately accomodated. They are literally a exact product swap being as they are both 6.99 and made for the same unit. I respond "areeee, u serious, your not gonna accomodate my small request. They are literally both in this bin right here with the exact same price tag" she replies "if i was going to i wiuld have to call the owner of the store abd that would take way to long so no im not gonna do that" i responded with. "If u do this small request i will buy this and the other things i beed, she responded with no. Even though i drove across town to this shop which is further away from my house then #1 tabacco. I drove to #1 tabacco. Made the exact same request, was immediately accomodated, and i bought that, my 2 packs if camel turkish Royald, 4 vaporesso vape pods and a $25 bottle of vape juice which came out around $100 dollars, which i usually spend that every week and then another smaller around $40 stop for the weekend. She needs to learn some serious customer service skills cause she took about $400.00 put of her owners pockets. Go yo #1 tabacco guys, slightly lesser selection. But customer service is sooooo much better, and they will actually accomodate their customers

The best tobacco store in Kitsap. Friendly & knowledgeable staff & the store is always stocked. Owner is hardworking & fair. I go once a week at least. Check it out it's worth the stop. 5 *s all around!
