Terrible dispensary. Walked in with 5 people in the waiting room at 5:30 PM on a Friday night and the front desk told me a 20-25 minute wait with 5 people in line because it’s “ Busy on Friday nights” . Ponderosa in Peoria off 91st ave and Northern… 15-20+ people in there waiting room and I would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. For 3 years runnin.… this ponderosa in chandler 318 S Bracken Ln …. I definitely will NEVER recommend to ANYONE…. I will never be back to this dispensary. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.!!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER ASSURANCES.

I’ve been going to this dispensary off and on and spend quite a bit of money there , well my wife has had breast cancer and I’ve had some cancer issues too as well as liver issues . I don’t have much of an appetite any more but my medical marijuana helps us get through the day, Well, I had to work a 14 hour shift online order so I’d be able to pick it up on my way home, Well, I got to Ponderosa dispensary at exactly 10 o’clock. There was people still inside making their purchases, I told the security guard I had an online order and needed to get it tonight and turn me away and treat me like garbage, I told him I need this medication tonight and he just kept shaking his head And laughed at me like it was some kind of joke, Well, now I have to go work all day tomorrow while my wife is at home suffering with medication so I just want to give a shout out to the security guard that it was working tonight July 18 2024 , I’m gonna pray for you tonight and hopefully you’ll learn to have some compassion for people
