HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scammers!!! I just went into the store and showed the staff the Box vape model I wanted in a specific flavor. They said they have it, handed it to me right away, I paid and left. I was sitting outside the restaurant next door. Opened it up and it was the wrong model (not the same I showed them). I went right back in and said I just got this but it’s not the same as the model I showed you. Both workers got aggressive and started rudely speaking “we have you what you wanted, you didn’t specify you wanted that model”, I said “but I showed you the model and asked you if you have it, and you are the experts in selling vape products, I am just starting, so I trusted you and didn’t even question what you gave me”, they got even more aggressive and rude, it was extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t believe the treatment. I simply told them they sold me a wrong product that I wanted to exchange for the right one (the one I showed them and they said they had), but they wouldn’t budge…unbelievable. The treatment is very upsetting and the worst customer service ever. I’ve never written a review but my friends just encouraged me to do so because this should not happen at all.
