Exceptional dispensary!!! It’s nestled in a vineyard and surrounded by beautiful rows of grapes. There’s ample space outside to admire the environs. The bud tender was anticipatory and delightful. I wish I had a better mind for names as I can’t remember hers. Thanks so much to her! Wish I could come back!!

The Highlands Weed Dispensary is hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed, they actually take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. The selection is top tier, with high-quality flower, edibles, and concentrates at fair prices. The store itself is clean, well organized, and has a great vibe. Highly recommend checking this place out.

But yes in layman’s terms, for this purpose, this is a great place to visit for both wine and “botanical” needs … the wine speaks for itself and they actually boast one of the best winemakers in the whole region! And that includes Napa…. Not to be too cliché but yeah Napa makes auto parts sweetheart, that’s why they got bumper stickers for it… and also Napa doesn’t have what we have here… and what we have here is family. This place truly set the precedent and gave communities across timelines and demographics access. They often host lil rotating food trucks and the winery staff is also exemplary and well trained. Knowledgeable. Tbh dare I say, wise even, they gave me great advice… the greüner here is exceptional, if you like crispy whites… and also have seasonal varieties. I have to say from being catered by a company who used to come to my home to now taking the lovely drive from Mountain house to Livermore simply because everything is better about Highlands Compared to the other companies, I have used. From their amazing customer service and attention to the beautiful variety of products. Really it doesn’t Matter if you’re using the dispensary to maintain for medical or for fun, they literally have something for all of us. I have been off big Pharma for 10 years and cannabis has allowed me to be present in my everyday life. I have been five years sober from alcohol as of this month. And it doesn’t matter if I’m trying to get rid of some anxiety or have a beautiful day date with my husband, and we share a high seltzer. The pricing is incredible. I always pre-order so I literally walked past the line pick up my order and I’m out the door within minutes. I really could Could say about 50 more pleasant things about my experience with this company, but I’m gonna leave it here. Their reward system is so fun and they actually reward you with beautiful products and do not nickel and dime you by giving pennies on the points. From someone who used to grow up in the mountains of Mendocino from 2007 to 2010 this company is the embodiment and the idea of what a dispensary should be. 💕🍃

Make sure it's only debit or cash. No digital tap card payment available because it's 2026. Staff is very short with answers with a sprinkle of sarcasm. The guys are always helpful and knowledgeable. The woman staff don't know anything and are rude.

Update: I received a call from the manager at highlands this morning. He offered a very sincere apology for the previous experience and made things right. Regardless of negative experiences, this is what truly makes a business shine is their dedication to making things right when they go wrong. Kudos. I will be back. Re: The Latina woman with the tattoos is the most disrespectful and arrogant bud tender I have ever met. She was extremely rude when I asked to see the menu, and then purposely gave me the wrong items when i specifically asked for certain items by brand name. If you work with the public you should adjust your attitude.

Since the day the Highlands opened, my husband and I have been going there as our main dispo. the workers there are always amazing and so friendly!! by the way, there are 3 friendly cats to say hi to!!! (Attila, Keke, and Shadow are their given names)

This is a fantastic dispensary. I’ve always put off finding a dispensary in the Bay Area because I always found the more well known ones to be 25+ minutes away from me in the busy cities around the bay. This place popped up on my radar and I couldn’t believe it was this really nice “boutique” in the middle of a vineyard away from the city. It’s extremely clean, the guys running the store were super chill and friendly, and they had really sweet kitties coming and going into the store as they pleased. It was just great vibes all around.
