The Willow Grove staff at Vitamin Shoppe is always helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to shout out Nehemiah Washington for being so conscientious! In a rush, I left my wallet on the counter. Not only did he call me so I could stop panicking about it but put it in the safe so I could pick it up the next day. Kindness when I needed it most. So grateful to you! Thank you so much!!

Came in to shop, asked if my four year old could use the restroom. Was refused due to a bogus “COVID policy”. Not a single mask worn in the store and if I had time I would have asked for the written policy. I left and will never return here again!!! Luckily, Sushi X let her use their facilities next door and their restaurant was closed for the day! This world needs more compassion and commons sense. I hope this store rep never has to go through the same experience elsewhere.
