They made up a policy to round all purchases up to the nearest dollar and claim “penny shortage”. Not even to the nearest $0.05 or even $0.10. So if your purchase is $30.01 they round it to $32 and say it’s because of shortages. They are basically overcharging. Furthermore, you can’t even go in with exact change. My purchase was $33.15 and I walked in with exact change and the cashier would not take it. Said I needed to pay $34. How is that fair to the consumer? Multiply this new “policy” by the amount of people they come in on a daily basis and that’s free money the company is overcharging. DO NOT RECOMMEND until they change their policy and stop stealing money. They also justify this because it’s “posted” as you enter the store. But taking money because you can doesn’t make it right.

People keep giving them great reviews but I don't understand why. Their prices are too high they never have any good specials or deals their selection is pretty crap and the quality isn't that great and they could honestly have better brands but I don't know who shopping for them. This will definitely not be my first dispensary choice and I live right next to it I would still go somewhere else. They need to improve their selection and their prices

iPad says $26 and final price is $38 which is a 50% markup. What type of business thinks it's a good idea to lie to and set improper and unclear expectations with their customers? Kinda sad really.

Never been to a dispensary where they make you shop off a tablet and there's no reason to shop out of the display cases because they display items they don't have in stock and don't display the full variety of items that are in stock. Bizarre. And the budtender didn't explain this so here I am asking for things I see in the display and he's acting frustrated telling me that item isn't in stock. If I wanted to order online I would. I come to.a dispensary to actually shop and not have a tablet shoved in my face, and get advice and recommendations from experienced budtenders. I hoped being further from the main strip we'd get better than the touristy crap treatment but I guess not. I walked out without buying anything. Totally unprofessional.

I’ve been to plenty of dispensaries over the years, but the customer service here is on another level. From the moment I walked in, Ron made me feel welcome, remembered my preferences, and took the time to answer every question without rushing me. They genuinely care about making sure you get exactly what you’re looking for, and it shows. No other location I’ve been to even comes close to the friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism here. If you value great products and top-notch service, this is the place to go. Even gave him a budget and kept under it!!

I been going here cause it is closer to my home than other spots. But I will never take my money or business there again. I have been using my Neveda State Issue via DMV drivers authorization card to verify my age. Never had any issues at any shops including this one. But then, out the blue when I went to make a purchase, some girl tells me her manager wouldn't take it as form of verification. This is after I got in thru front door and scanned, then made purchase. I had to go get my passport to make that purchase. LAST ONE TOO. I smoke a lot and as a transportation worker I took clients there. NEVER AGAIN. THEY DISCRIMINATE THERE IT LOOKS LIKE. Never had an issue there until this tall white girl that works there pulled this stunt.

Absolutely adore this store and staff! I’m always welcomed and offered the best selection and suggestions. This morning I was personally greeted and helped by Gaddis, walked through specials and offers, and he always knows exactly how to cater to my needs and preferences. Recommending balanced and appropriate combinations, without over-selling it; type, flavor, milligrams/stats all explained. I cannot thank ALL the staff at SoHi Thrive enough for always being professional, but kind and thoughtful with me – and as far as I’ve noticed, other patrons as well. I appreciate this staff dearly for helping me stay “normal.” See you soon!

They were so nice and helpful! Quick and had things expensive and Affordable too! I’d recommend this place came here while Visiting Vegas I’d come back again! I added things after my order was placed and They Were so nice about it!

Takes way too long prices are ridiculous. Don’t have a large selection. Not rapid service employees are nice but don’t help to give you deals or make it easier. They push everything on you. Waited 15 minutes just to receive my order

I come here all the time, the staff knows me pretty well. Today, Dylan was new to me and he was very patience, helpful, and attentive with my order. I had changed my order 3 times! He could’ve showed how annoying that was but he remained very friendly and nice the whole time, while looking amazing doing it! I love your whole staff , If i could shout out everyone I would.
