Seriously someone from corporate should come here and take a look at how they operate and how they have a lack of sense. Additionally, why is there only one employee working at this location upfront and why do people repeatedly walk out of there because the wait often exceeds over 30 minutes because there is one person working is that even legal in Florida? Whoever was working this evening, looked like they were stoned, and could care less about helping

If I could give Ryan more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I was going through a really hard time today, and his positive energy, genuine nature, and caring attitude were exactly what I needed. He didn't just do a great job; he genuinely brightened my whole day. Ryan is simply a wonderful human being, and I am so grateful for his kindness.

While at Trulieve today to conduct business, the following is a snippet of my experience that I needed to share. I stopped in to pick up an online order, but first needed help with a few returns, something that Jess was beyond helpful and accommodating in processing. After that, DEREK, being the associate who was helping me did something that I personally have never seen yet find to be indicative of character, in general. I complemented a pin that he had, a green lotus flower, and I asked if they were any extras. There were not, and I was a little disappointed. Sensing my disappointment, and without hesitation, he removed that pin from his own lanyard, and gave it to me; a selfless act of sincere, authentic customer service. It is the little things in life. In my opinion, Trulieve would be wise to look at people like him, nurture and grow their talents, and have him marked for management. I am not a review writer, and believe that a lot of today’s reviews demonstrate nothing but selection bias and numerous other research-related flaws that render their data set inaccurate. Regardless, this was an example of what we seem to have lost during Covid: exemplary customer service. Thanks again Derrick, it was a pleasure to speak with you and I truly appreciate your assistance.

40 minute wait for a packed and ready pick-up order is insane. I always wait crazy amounts of time when the older lady is working up front. Not sure why either because the store is literally empty with 4 people sitting here for 30+ minutes.
