Gina was awesome, she gave me some awesome recommendations that I am super excited to try out. She is super sweet and helpful every time I come in! That have a great selection here and they are always open. Love it here :)

I came in and asked for some Novo 5 pods. All of the packages (they come in sets of 3) were out of the box because they sell them individually, and I was given the wrong kind (there is no marking on the internal packaging, and most of the novo pods look similar, so it was tough for me to tell the difference).

A day and a half later, I came back to exchange them for the correct ones and was told no (by the district manager), even though they were unopened and unused. Of course, they then offered to sell me the correct ones in addition to keeping the money they took for giving me the wrong ones. No thanks, I’ll start giving my money to another shop.
