Worst smoke shop experience ever! The person working was nice, but once I got into my car and looked at the receipt I was given the wrong thca. I literally walked right back in, not even few minutes and I cannot exchange. Im not even asking for a return just exchange for what I asked for and thought I paid for!!! Not opened, minutes before and wasn't even my error!! We were talking a lot, but you know what I asked for. Seriously worst experience ever. How can you sale something wrong and not return within like 5 minutes?????

Watch out & Warned. Do not get any RICK & MORTY torches from here bunch of cheap plastic bs, bought a full can of butane from them as well leaked out all over and over again. Everytime refill it hisses and the gas escapes so you can barely even get it to light. They refused to exchange. It was the floor model and we even asked for an unopened box. Worse customer service and products. They said they would give us a discount on another bs torch from them. Hell no my friends and I ain't spending money on your place anymore! Go to Cloud 9 where they actually give you exchanges and honor returns. Went there to buy our new torch they said they would never do that and if faulty will honor returns. No way to treat your customers look at that customer service at work and that's the manager. Watch out & warned.
